"Immaculate" and "shows well" are words that Realtors use to describe staging. 

But for today's sophisticated and time-challenged buyer - that is not enough.

You will have to spend money to stage your home but that is much less than the first price reduction and becoming “stale” listed on MLS.

Yes - Staging involves the following:

  • Staging is cleaning and repairing.

  • Staging means refreshing, reducing and rearranging.

  • Staging is no longer selling your “home” but the home is now a “listing” a commodity for sale like jeans or a new car.

  • Staging is storing personal items and family photos.

But STAGING is much more than that:

  • Staging is showing the space... not the stuff

Written Proposal.  With a written proposal, we give you a free written quote, precise to the hours needed, number of assistants, rental of furniture and accessories as well as de-staging the property.

You may choose to use “sweat equity" and do it yourself or we can mange the whole process.  We have a team of qualified trades people who will complete the work in a timely manner.  We recommend the tradesperson who will quote the job and you will pay the tradesperson directly.

Time is money so the sooner the property is prepared for staging, the sooner it can be videoed and advertised for sale.
